* Kitcho will be bringing you thought leaders, captains of industry, and people who he thinks we will find inspiring to discuss what key values they used In their life. Think of it as a TedTalk but just for us! 

Culture club 

* Every month we will be assigned a task. Maybe it’s to learn how to make pasta. Maybe it’s a certain yoga position..We will go through the process together and do our best to encourage each other to learn new skills. 

 

S.T.S  ( shoot the shit )

* every 6 weeks we will have a social gathering. Discussing everything and anything around our daily lifestyles. Husbands wife’s and children welcome to join in. 

 

General physical preparation. 

* Every Tuesday and Thursday plus the 1st Saturday of the month. Every class recorded.  Adapted to what you need to get the most out of your fitness. 

* Plus bonus classes in other time zones
