Will have a 1 to 1 training or mindset session every week depending on your needs. plus a completely personalized monthly plan specific to your needs.
- Evaluate your current or create a whole personalized program for you: By having weekly conversations, we will make a bulletproof routine that you can follow
- Examine your goals: Sometimes things work, sometimes they don’t we will be evaluating everything you do on a weekly basis.
- Help you stay motivated: Anyone can be a hero for a week or a month but keeping you consistant is what we will do!
- Push you a little harder: People often don’t see results because they’re not working as hard as they could. It’s easy to slack off when you’re by yourself, but having that shoulder to cry on when you need or a person to give you a high give when things go right. That’s what we can do for you!
- Hold you accountable: It might be weekly weigh-ins or making sure you are staying away from that third beer, I will have your back
- Teach you: Whether you want to learn how to lift weights properly or learn a new exercise to add to your routine, I want you to see this as a mini university where you will get further educated. Not creating a crutch but allowing you to get always better.
